Pay for your subscription: when and how

When creating a Bounsel account, you won't need to give any payment method details. Just sign up with your name, last name, email and password, or sign in with your Google account.

Once your account is created, your free trial period will start. The free trial will automatically implement the Standard Plan. You have two weeks to use and get to know the platform to figure out whether it's exactly what you need. You can always compare plans on our Pricing page.

When approaching the end of the two weeks, you will receive an email warning you about the expiration of the free trial and asking you to Confirm your plan. You will receive a similar email right after the end of the trial, and then you can Reactivate your account. Follow the steps, and you'll be redirected to the Billing section in Bounsel.

All the information on your subscription can also be accessed by the Admin from the company menu. Open the "Subscription" section.

You can always put in your payment details, add a new card, and Bounsel will safely store the information.

If you have a Basic or Standard Plan, you can always upgrade by clicking on "Update". 

You'll be able to set up your account by choosing between downgrading your subscription to the Basic Plan, updating the Standard Plan you've been using so far, or upgrading to the Premium Plan.

Once you select the option you want, you'll be asked to give your payment details (if you haven't already), and you'll be redirected to Stripe to finalize the payment. Stripe is a payment processing software that is fast and secure.

Once you've completed the payment, you can download the invoice by clicking on the downwards arrow to the far right of the payment.
