Knowing metrics and KPIs of a particular workflow are crucial to improving productivity and the fluidity of a collaboration. That's why Bounsel offers Analytics of your docs.
In the Bounsel Editor, click on "Analytics" between Workspace and Overview in the top right corner and at a glance you will be able to understand what's going on with your contract's life and its timing of events and actions, and see how your team is working together.
In the Analytics page you'll se three main sections.
In the top left you can follow along the main events of your document in the Timeline. Scroll left-right to see the whole timeline. From 'Draft' to 'Signed', every important step of the document is clearly marked, the people who have worked on it appear right under the circles as well as the time that has passed between one status and another.
On the right you can check your team's activity. See the proportions of work done on the doc by each member.
On the bottom half, the activity chart gives you precise data on when certain actions were performed or the hour that a specific person worked on the contract. This allows you to understand where the peaks of productivity are and how to better manage your team.
