I sent a request of approval and I think I mistyped the email address. Is there a way to check? And what can I do to change the email in case it is wrong?
Writing an email address wrong has happened to all of us. With Bounsel it isn't a tragic mistake, but rather easily fixed. The Bounsel safe delivery feature allows you to double check the email address of the receiving end of your document and to revise it.
Let's say you send a request of approval, but you mistype the email address. Bounsel will try to send the request to the address you've written. However, if the address doesn't exist, the name of the person will appear in red.
When in Approvals, you can just delete the address by clicking on the red "X" next to the name and then request a new approval adding the right email.
If, instead, you write the address of a signatory wrong, in Parties you will be able to change it by clicking on the red name.
This will open a pop-up where you will be able to update the signatory's address.
Bounsel does the work for you and checks on your mistakes. Automate and digitalize your workflow to avoid wasting time fixing human errors!
