Automatic smart fields detection

The automatic smart fields detection feature allows you to upload a document to Bounsel and have the platform recognize smart fields values and automatically transform them in the text.

Let's see how it works.

Click on the "Create new doc" icon in the Repository.

Select the "Upload a document" button.

Select the document you want to upload from your own computer. In the page that appears, you will have the option to extract smart fields from the document.

Smart fields are created through brackets, so if you've prepared a document outside of the Bounsel platform and have included words brackets, these can be detected and transformed into smart fields. You can select the type of brackets you want to detect from the list.

This feature is obviously optional, and you can decide to just upload the document as it is by selecting "don't detect".
