How to report an issue

Is there something wrong with the platform? Is a feature not working correctly? A page isn't responding? Or do you have any doubt/questions at all you'd like to ask the Support Team?

Don't hesitate to report issues to us! Here's how.

Whenever you're logged into your Bounsel account, you will see a grey question mark button at the very bottom right of any screen you're on (in the Repository it will be next to the onboarding icon).

Click on the question mark and you'll see a menu. Select "Report an issue" and you'll be redirected to a form through which you'll be able to get in contact with our Support Team.

Alternatively, you can access the Report an Issue form right here from the Help Center.

Click on "Contact us" in the top right corner of the page.

Then select "Report an issue" from the drop-down menu.

You'll be able to fill out the form with all the details about the issue. Remember to write your email address so that we know how to contact you back. You can also attach screenshots of the issue, so as to help us identify the problem more easily.
